Triumph Series High-Efficiency Condensing Boiler

Overview: The Triad Triumph is a fully packaged condensing boiler. This high efficiency, low-NOx package represents the state-of-the-art in boiler design. The T-750 boiler is CSA certified to 94% and the T-900 and T-1000 units to 95% efficiency based on ANSI Z21.13/CSA 4.9. All of the boilers are capable of up to 99% efficiency depending on the specific operating conditions. In keeping with the design philosphy of our conventional boilers the Triumph is designed to easily fit through a 28" doorway allowing for easy installations.

Firing rates are available from 750 MBH to 1000 MBH. The Triumph can be operated in either a condensing or a traditional non-condensing application. The sealed combustion unit allows for many venting options providing for a varity of jobsite installation solutions.

Design: The heart of the Triumph is a robust cast aluminum sectional heat exchanger. This proven technology has been utilized in European designs for over thirty years. The cast aluminum sections are impervious to corrosive condensate and is protected against thermal shock. The key to the longevity of this boiler is the use of an advanced aluminum alloy that makes an oxide layer without pitting. This approach allows for the construction of a boiler that can withstand the corrosive attack of condensed flue gases for years of reliable operation. This modern design has also eliminated the need for the push-nipples and gaskets that were a frequent maintenance issue on older technology cast iron designs. The heat exchanger is supplied with a five-year warranty.

The integral mesh burner provides for high combustion efficiencies and a high turn-down ratio while providing Low-NOx operation. The Triumph is certified to SCAQMD standards.

Safety: The fully packaged Triad Triumph is supplied with industry standard safety controls on the boiler that results in a very safe and secure package.
