We have decided to introduce  a line of Electric hot water and steam boilers called the CleanVolt .  These are a flexible, rugged solution for a wide variety of applications and are very simple to install and setup. CleanVolt’s  come in both horizontal and vertical designs.

·         The horizontal design has typical inputs from 368 MBH (108 kilowatt) to 6142 MBH (1800 KW) and is available in hot water and steam.

 ·         The vertical design, the CleanVolt Bantam is very compact and used for hot water heating (no steam).  Typical inputs range from 51 MBH (15 KW) to 2457 MBH (720 KW ), but sizes outside these ranges are also available.

 Benefits to electric boilers include:

·         Zero emissions, so zero NOx issues

·         No chimney / stack whatsoever, and thus no need to design a breeching system and no expensive materials such as stainless steel stack

·         Because they are electric, CleanVolts are 99% efficient,

·         No power burner, so no tuning, no need for a combustion analyzer to measure stack pressure, temperature, products of combustion, etc.

·         Extremely quiet – no power burner with noisy blower motor, no rumbling breeching.

·         No concern about boilerroom combustion air.

·         No more handling, storing, or delivering fuels such as gas, oil or propane.

Triad CleanVolt Boilers are Simple, Clean, Quiet, and Economic. Just plug and play!

There are many sizes and configurations available – hot water, steam in 15 psi, 100 psi and 150 psi, three element sizes, horizontal and vertical, etc. – so go to Triad’s  Boiler Selection Tool to choose boiler type, options, etc.

Welcome to our Blog

Welcome to the Triad Boiler Systems weblog relating to Boilers, Burners, and Business – and occasionally anything else I might find interesting.

This Blog will be used for a variety of things: Considering I’m the President of Triad, you’ll certainly see discussions relating to Triad – something our reps may find it useful – it could be technical, it could be related to sales and marketing, or perhaps a profile of an interesting installation. But there may also be broader discussions of general industry topics.

The last word in the Blog title is “Business”, so I will also throw out some thoughts on what it’s like running a business, or maybe what’s happening in the economy. Well see!

We’ll try our best to keep these postings brief, not too serious, and hopefully somewhat interesting.
